All rooms are on the second floor there is a wide staircase with a landing with a 180 degree turn in it.
I have had Blind people stay with there guide dog in the past and have commented that they have had no problem with the room layouts
I have also had deaf people with hearing dogs stay with no problems
I do NOT except pet dogs only guide or hearing dogs.
The Four poster bedroom has a Large double shower En-Suite and is ideal for the the person who may be unsteady on there feet as a waterproof chair can be supplied to fit the shower unit.
The Four Poster room is the most accessible for the impaired guest
The Double bedroom with En-Suite is accessible to the older person
