Booking Conditions for Yew House Bed & Breakfast
A deposit secures your room for example if you are staying for 4 nights then a deposit of 50% would be asked.
Your room is only booked for you when the deposit is received.
If you only require a one night stay over a weekend or Bank holiday weekend I require full payment in advance or if a last minute booking full payment on arrival.
Full refunds are given for cancellations received 7 days before the first night of your stay.
No refund is given for cancellations received 6 days or less before the first night of your stay.
There is no loss of your deposit if you change the dates you require. Accommodation is subject to availability.
Payment methods are Cash or Cheque (with a valid guarantee card) or Credit / Debit card
There is a £1.00 administration charge for Debit cards and £1.80 administration charge for credit card per transaction (this is charged by the card company and is not included in the room price)
Your room is available to you from 4.30 pm (1630) on the first night of your stay or earlier by arrangement.
If you are arriving after 8 pm (2000) please inform us on 01892 610522 or 07789 993982 YOUR ROOM WILL BE HELD FOR YOU UNTIL 8 PM UNLESS YOU HAVE INFORMED US THAT YOU WILL BE A LATE ARRIVAL
Last room check in is 10.00 PM (2200) as latter check-ins unsettles other guests that have retired for the night.
If you fail to take up your booking on the first night it will be taken that you have canceled the whole booking and there will be no deposit refunds.
Stays may be extended but are subject to availability and may entail a room change
On the last morning of your stay please vacate your room by 10 am (1000)
You will be asked to leave if you are drunk - drugs, noise or cause a nuisance to other guests or visitors at any time of day or night.
Special offer prices must be paid for in full at time of the booking and there are No refunds for cancellations. Special offers are available to guests booking after the start date of the offer
This is my home and you are a guest in it, and as such you are libel for any damage caused during your stay.
Please be aware that some guest’s that have used third party booking services have been overcharged and the room’s not booked with me! PLEASE always checks by e-mail or phone that I have rooms available for the dates you require. I can not be held responsible for the short comings of 3rd party booking agents.
I also have a CCTV system running for your safety.
Actions will be taken for non payments and reported to the police and will result in prosecution.
The wi-fi is offered on a fair usage policy and if you over use it you will be charged £30.00 per day
Yew House Bed & Breakfast has a NO SMOKING Policy
The owner reserves the right to refuse entry
